Textile exterior blinds are usually not designed for rain protection and also carry the risk of mould formation when damp. It is also possible for a water pocket to form, thereby exhausting the product's load limit.

Milestones:

• Development of a solution concept according to the current state of the art
• Making a prototype and presentation of the functionality
• Definition of further steps for function optimisation and downsizing of the product
