Prevailing outside temperatures find their ways into all buildings. As long as these temperatures are agreeable, we feel comfortable indeed. Heat or the cold, however, need to be locked out. This requires cooling or heating energy. However, thanks to modern building and home technology this energy requirement can be reduced significantly - and hence costs can be lowered.
